Phoenix (2023 - Present)

Replacing an old car sales showroom, Phoenix is a project for a private client to create two large industrial units on the outskirts of central Manchester. Primarily light industrial, there will also be a block developed as a ‘Ghost Kitchen’ to service the delivery based food companies in the local area, serving Manchester centre. O-RU are operating as Development Manager for the scheme, providing the design and management as the project progresses.
