001_PAT — Office Renoso-Urmston

Burnt House is a retrofit project in Greater Manchester that takes a dated and leaky 1970s 3 bed home, transforming it into a luxury 5 bed family residence. The design increases the original floor area 2x providing two extra bedrooms, a garage, study, bar, sun room, gym, changing area and sauna. By excavating under the house, O-RU were able to provide the client with more than they were originally asking for. The scheme is well insulated, upgrading the existing assets as well as adding new solar panels and air source heat pumps.
