25 House (2023 - Present)

25 House is a retrofit project in Greater Manchester of an old bungalow dwelling. The design increases the original floor area out the rear and angles the house to address the awkwardly shaped garden. Exposed oak trusses inside express the long pitched form and allow natural light into the contemporary space below. Solar power and considerable upgrades to the building fabric help better the buildings energy efficiency.
